The Need-to-Know Before You Go

PARKING LOTS
If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase a parking pass. General parking will be $20 per vehicle (plus tax) online in advance and $25 on the event day. To reserve a parking space in advance, click here. For easier entry and exit, we recommend the Premier Parking or EZ Out Parking upgrade.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them in front of the North Plaza entrance. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.

For taxis and ride shares, head to our southeast entrance off of Ridgeland Ave.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here. 

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our Cash to Card Booth near Gate 4 (in the South Plaza), and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Our in-person Box Office, located at the South Plaza near the Fast Lane, is now closed for the 2025 season. Stay tuned for 2026 Box Office hours.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Sorry, we don't allow it. Overnight camping and parking are also no-gos. Be cool, wait until you're inside the venue to party.
